SUMMARY: An extremely large cenote with several lines radiating from it. Most of the passageways are very large with little to no restrictions. There is a halocline and there are areas that can silt up quite severely, especially on some routes so be aware of buoyancy, trim, and kick. Fortunately, those passages are only for more advanced divers and off the usual routes taken in this cenote. An ideal place for a chill/relaxing dive as nothing is particularly hard or technical. Primary reels are needed in this location as the lines start deeper in the overhead sections due to the number of swimmers in the location. Care does need to be taken in the open water as that because of the training occurring, and people just enjoying the cenote, it can sometimes get crowded. Always be aware of your positioning even in open water as it is easy to get into a collision from above! Do take a moment to watch the fish in the open area of the cenotes. Watching the male fish get aggressive and raise their fins up to look more intimidating is a fun treat to see.
